The highest commercial grade of saffron: all-red stigmas, no yellow style, hand-sorted at dawn. Rich in crocin (color), picrocrocin (taste), and safranal (aroma).
Super Negin is the highest commercial grade of Iranian saffron — long, all-red, trumpet-shaped stigmas with no yellow style attached. Hand-harvested at dawn from the highlands of Khorasan and dried the same day under controlled humidity, our Super Negin consistently grades as ISO 3632 Category I with coloring strength above 250, delivering the deep crimson hue and honeyed aroma demanded by premium chefs, confectioners, and luxury packers worldwide.
Store sealed at 5–20°C, away from light, heat, and strong odors. Once opened, reseal and use within 6 months for peak aroma. Vacuum tins protect color and safranal for the full 36-month shelf life.
Both are all-red, but Super Negin threads are longer, thicker, and uniformly trumpet-shaped, with a crocin value typically 15–25 points higher than standard Negin. It is the grade we recommend for premium retail and fine dining accounts.
