FAQ

Buyer questions answered

Is Sargol suitable for food manufacturing?

Yes — Sargol is the industry standard for B2B food manufacturers because it gives strong, predictable color release and dissolves cleanly in hot water or oil. We supply it in bakery-dose sachets and 1 kg nitrogen-flush tins, with a dosage sheet attached to every commercial order.

What is the dosage guideline?

For rice and pilaf, 0.2–0.4 g per kg of finished product is typical. For beverages, 0.05–0.15 g per liter delivers vivid color. Confectionery and ice cream are usually 0.3–0.6 g per kg. We provide a full application matrix on request.

How does Sargol compare to Negin and Super Negin?

Sargol is cut just above the yellow style, so threads are shorter and broken — visually less impressive than Negin, but with faster color release at a lower cost per active gram. It is the right grade for industrial dosing; Negin and Super Negin are the right grades for premium retail and gifting.

What is the typical lead time for a 1-ton industrial order?

From signed PO and 30% advance, 10–14 days to finished goods at our facility, plus inland trucking to Bandar Abbas (2 days) or air freight from IKA (24 hours). Spec sheets and SGS report are released against your 70% balance payment.
