Akbari is the largest and most prestigious Iranian pistachio variety, grown in the orchards of Rafsanjan and Sirjan. Its long almond-shaped shell, naturally split (open-mouth), and deep green kernel make it the variety of choice for gift packs, premium snacking, and high-end roasting houses in Europe, Russia, and the Far East.

Are your pistachios aflatoxin-tested?
Yes — every export lot is tested twice (in-house plus third-party SGS) against EU regulation 2023/915 (≤8 ppb B1, ≤10 ppb total). Lots that fail EU limits are redirected to domestic or non-EU markets.
What is the difference between Akbari and Ahmad Aghaei?
Akbari is larger and longer (24–28/oz) with a premium price point. Ahmad Aghaei is round-elongated (28–32/oz) and is the most balanced variety for everyday snacking and gifting.
Can you do roasted & salted on private label?
Yes — we operate continuous roasters and salting drums. We can match a salt curve, oil-roast or dry-roast, and pack on your artwork from 80 g snack packs to 1 kg gift tins.
